Medical and Assistant

1. 赛事医疗与救援保障系统由站点医疗救护团队和山地赛道救援团队组成:I. 医疗救护团队由救护车、医生、护士、医疗志愿者组成,负责补给站及附近的医疗需求响应,负责在紧急情况下向定点医疗单位的转运工作;II. 山地赛道救援团队由专业救援人员、救援车辆组成,负责在赛道固定救援点位对山地路段的救援需求响应;

The medical and assistant team consisted of two parts: I. The medical team consists of ambulances, doctors, nurses and medical volunteers, responsible for responding to the medical needs in and around the aid station and for the transfers to hospitals in case of emergency. II. The mountain assistant team consists of professional rescue staff and vehicles, responsible for responding the emergency needs and assistants in the mountain area.

2. 所有赛事工作人员、医疗人员、救援人员及主办方指定的相关人员均有权:I. 在认定某位参赛者不适合继续比赛时,要求该参赛者退赛;II. 以任何方式协助处于险境的参赛者撤离;III. 指导参赛者接受更适合其需要的治疗方案;

All medical, paramedical, first aid and guide staff, as well as any person appointed by the race directors are able to: I. Exclude from the race of any participant who is deemed to be unable to continue the race. II. Evacuate by any means of the runners they deem to be in danger. III. Refer patients to the most appropriate care structure.

3. 选手在受到医疗或救援相关人员询问身体状况时,必须停止比赛配合询问和检查;

Runners who are questioned by medical and/or rescue staff about their medical condition must stop running to cooperate with the questioning and examination.

4. 选手若有救援需求,可拨打号码布上的应急电话,相关负责人会对需求进行判断并协调相关保障力量前往救援;

Runners can call the emergency number printed on their bib for help, the Organizing Committee will judge the need and coordinate the medical and assistant team to rescue.

5. 选手一旦请求救援,是否可以继续比赛的决策权将交由组委会与救援人员共同决定,被救援者必须无条件接受该决定;

A runner who contacts a doctor or search and rescue staff submits to their authority and agrees to accept their decisions.

6. 救援队自收到求救信息到抵达施救地点需要一定时间,在此期间,选手的安全取决于随身携带的物品是否充足有效;

Any kind of unexpected events - linked to the environment and the race - could make you wait for help longer than expected. Your safety, therefore, depends upon the quality of the items that you have put in your pack.

7. 组委会在赛道沿途及周边设置了应急避难所,并在赛道上进行了明确标识,选手在身体不适的情况下,可自行前往应急避难所进行休息,并联系救援人员;

Along the race route, there are some points set as emergency shelters where runners can get a short rest or call and wait for help. They can find these emergency shelters on the race map.

8. 组委会协同属地相关部门在指定医院开通绿色通道并免去挂号相关流程,优先接收救援转运的参赛选手;就医费用由被救援者本人先行支付,事后按照保险赔付流程要求向保险公司提交材料,进行理赔;

The Organizing Committee will cooperate with the local hospital to set up a special counter for the runner.

Note: Give the chance to those who need it. Please ensure you are unable to continue before you call for help. If you have cramps, bruises, fatigue, etc., try to overcome them and walk to the aid station for medical advice, and calmly assess your condition to see if you can continue the race.

Drop Out and Evacuation

1. 赛事仅在设有关门时间的补给站点(关门站点)安排收容摆渡车辆;

Only several aid stations which marked a “cut-off” time have shelter buses.

For those aid stations without a “cut-off” time mark, the Organizing Committee will arrange other vehicles to transfer runners to the shelter bus stop.

Bag Drop and Transfer

1. 比赛起点提供存装包寄存服务,选手可在终点领回自己寄存的存装包;

The starting point of the competition provides storage services for packages, and contestants can retrieve their stored packages at the end point;

2. 选手必须使用组委会统一发放的存装包,组委会不接受使用个人自备存装包的寄存请求;

Only bags supplied by the organization will be transported.

3. 选手存包时必须将小号码布牢固地固定在存装包上,同时出示对应的大号码布以便组委会做好存包标记;

Runners must fix the small size bag-bib (supplied by the organization) on the bag.

The bags are returned to either the runner or a family member or friend, only upon presentation of the race-bib.

2. 建议选手随身携带小垃圾袋存放在赛道上产生的垃圾(例如使用过的纸巾、食品包装等),到达站点后,将其丢弃在站点垃圾箱内,严禁将垃圾丢弃在赛道上;
